What is the only U.S. state where coffee beans are grown commercially?
Sometimes it amazes me how people figured out the best way to consume something at whatever point in humanity's past. Like, who figured out how the hell to eat an artichoke for the first time? And in cases like that, I'm not sure it's even worth it.
When it comes to coffee, I'm not sure who figured out that you had to grow it, pick it, roast it, and brew it, but whoever did has my eternal gratitude. And I'm not alone, considering Americans drink nearly 27 million bags of coffee every year.
Yet despite all that love of this magical drink from the USA, there's only one state where it's grown commercially. Any idea which one?
